Bump tmp, react-scripts, eslint and jest-puppeteer

Removes [tmp](https://github.com/raszi/node-tmp). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [tmp](https://github.com/raszi/node-tmp), [react-scripts](https://github.com/facebook/create-react-app/tree/HEAD/packages/react-scripts), [eslint](https://github.com/eslint/eslint) and [jest-puppeteer](https://github.com/argos-ci/jest-puppeteer/tree/HEAD/packages/jest-puppeteer). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `tmp`
