Automated builds failing in CI

Seems like the Debian image we were using is no longer working properly. This means we have no automated builds of the Linux platforms and no testing happening except on Linux/x86_64 as part of the normal build.

We need to update this or come up with a new option for automatic building. We also **must** keep in mind the need to build against an older glibc due to #138.
