feat(a32nx): split navigation lights into two systems

Summary of Changes

• Add support for parenting appended nodes in the model build script (make sure to ignore the format commit when reviewing)
• Split the nav lights on the wings in the 3d model (tail ones are already split)
• Split the MSFS lights
• Add new model behaviours to control all the lights correctly and make the NAV/LOGO switch 3 position.
  • Adjust the state procedures Mav made to use the new logic.

Testing instructions

Check that the nav and logo lights work correctly in the A32NX with the NAV/LOGO switch off, and position 1, and in position 2.
